BoesaLink ("we", "our", or "the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Profile Information: Nickname and avatar image you set within the App. This data is stored locally on your device only.
- User-Generated Content: Photos, watermark designs, brand presets, and voice notes you create. All stored locally on your device.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and screen resolution for optimizing the user experience.
- Usage Analytics: Feature usage patterns (e.g., which tools are used most frequently) to improve App functionality. This data is anonymized and aggregated.
- Crash Reports: Diagnostic data when the App crashes, including device state and stack traces, to identify and fix bugs.
1.3 Information for AI Processing
When you use the Magic Remover feature:
- Your image is temporarily transmitted to our AI processing servers.
- The image is processed and the result is returned to your device.
- Original and processed images are deleted from our servers immediately after processing is complete.
- We do not retain, analyze, or use your images for any purpose other than providing the requested service.

3. App Tracking Transparency
BoesaLink may request permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites (via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework). This is used to:
- Provide personalized watermark template recommendations.
- Measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
- Improve user experience based on usage patterns.
You can deny this request or change your preference at any time in your device Settings under Privacy > Tracking. Denying tracking does not affect the core functionality of BoesaLink.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:
- AI Processing Partners: Images sent for Magic Remover processing are handled by our AI service providers under strict data processing agreements. They do not retain your images.
- Analytics Services: Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be processed by analytics providers to help us understand App usage patterns.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:
- All network communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption.
- AI processing images are transmitted over encrypted connections and deleted immediately after processing.
- Local data is protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).
- We do not store passwords or authentication credentials.
6. Data Retention
- Local Data: Remains on your device until you delete it, use the "Reset App" feature, or uninstall BoesaLink.
- AI Processing: Images are deleted from servers immediately after processing (typically within seconds).
- Analytics: Anonymized data is retained for up to 24 months for trend analysis.
- Crash Reports: Retained for up to 90 days.
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access: All your personal data is stored locally on your device and is accessible to you at any time.
- Deletion: Use the "Reset App" option in Settings to delete all local data. Uninstalling the App also removes all stored data.
- Portability: You can export processed images via the share function at any time.
- Opt-Out of Tracking: Deny or revoke tracking permission in device Settings at any time.
- Withdraw Consent: Revoke camera, photo library, or microphone permissions in device Settings at any time.
8. Children's Privacy
BoesaLink is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

10. Third-Party Services
BoesaLink integrates with the following third-party services:
- Apple StoreKit: For processing in-app purchases. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
- AI Image Processing APIs: For the Magic Remover feature. Images are processed under strict data processing agreements with immediate deletion.
11. International Data Transfers
If you use BoesaLink outside of our primary operating region, your data (specifically images sent for AI processing) may be transferred to servers in other jurisdictions. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any such transfers.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of BoesaLink after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
